How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
How do I sync my progress to a new device?
Make sure you're signed in with the same email on both devices. Your progress automatically syncs when you're logged in. Guest users cannot sync progress across devices.
Can I use Desk Dojo offline?
Yes! All lessons and drills work offline. Your progress is saved locally and will sync to the cloud when you're back online (if you have an account).
How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. You can also email us at support@deskdojo.co to request deletion.
Why did my streak reset?
Streaks are maintained by completing at least one lesson or drill each calendar day. If you miss a day, your streak resets to zero. Make sure to complete at least one activity before midnight in your local time zone.
Do the shortcuts work on Mac and Windows?
Yes! You can choose your preferred platform (Windows or Mac) in the Drills section. The app will show you the correct keyboard shortcuts for your chosen platform.
